Things We Do

Thursdays, 7PM @ Student Center
As a way to build relationships outside of our weekly worship and lunch, but still in a safe and welcoming environment, we invite anyone to come hang out at our student center located just across from the main entrance to campus. We will have game nights, movie nights, scavenger hunts, volleyball tournaments, and anything else you can think of! If you have any questions, feel free to contact Ben at
FYI: First Year In
Mondays, 7pm @ CHHS 123

Freshman year can be a very tough time, which is why we have our First Year In club that meets on Monday nights. This is a group for freshman only that is led by two of our student leaders, Andrew and Elizabeth. This is a welcoming opportunity to get to know other freshman that are seeking ways to grow closer to Christ during this season of transition. For more information email Andrew ( or Elizabeth (

Practices Sundays, 6PM @ Student Center
Worship wouldn’t be complete without an amazing group of students that who are willing to lead us each week in song. Whether you are a singer, musician, or want to be a part of the worship leadership team, please join us for practice! Don’t think you have to be an expert, just come willing to lead and serve the Lord.

Whether you are going into our University community, or across the world, serving is one of the greatest ways to spread the love of Jesus. Niner United is constantly seeking opportunities to get student connected with local ministries as well as leading our own trips. We currently are planning a trip to Puerto Rico for Disaster Relief, and could very likely be sending teams to Eastern NC to help with Hurricane Florence. Click here to see some of our current service opportunities. If you are interested in getting connected locally or farther, give Ben an email at

Small Groups are a vital part when it comes to having a community to build around. We offer a couple different small groups and are always open to starting new ones when the opportunity comes. If you are interested in joining a small group or have the desire to start your own, send Rev. Steve Cheyney an email at
